Physiotherapy assessments and treatments for musculoskeletal conditions and sporting injuries.

Bike fit and cycling assessments are provided by a physiotherapist with a Physio Bike Fit Level 2 Certification.

Adrian is an energetic and easy-going physiotherapist who would love to collaborate with you to achieve your goals. He values your long-term objectives as much as immediate pain relief.

As an outdoor enthusiast, cycling is one of Adrian’s many hobbies. He was inspired to help fellow cyclists ride with more enjoyment and less pain. Adrian is certified with Physio Bike Fit Level 2 and offers cycling assessments and bike fits. He takes pride in the bike fit studio he built in his clinic with advanced technology and exercise equipment.

In addition to treating sports injuries, Adrian is also a seasoned manual therapist. He is passionate and effective in addressing headaches, neck pain, and nerve pain. Some specific techniques he uses include acupuncture, the Mulligan Method, and Maitland manual therapy treatment.
